Shipping and Returns
Shipping
-All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Expected delivery time frame is 3-7 business days depending on weight.
-All Orders are providing with tracking information for your convenience
-Tracking will be sent as soon as your order has left our facilities.
-Due to carrier/holiday delays some orders may arrive later than the stated delivery date listed on the carriers site. We greatly appreciate your patience.
-For any questions regarding current shipment times, please reach out to our customer service department at info@Raisersport.com and any of our representatives will gladly assist.
Returns
SALE AND TERMS OF SERVICE:
Each shipment received must be inspected within seven (7) days of the arrival date for missing or damaged items.
CANCELLATION FEE:
The order will be subject to a cancellation fee if production has already begun.
RAISERSPORT’S WARRANTY POLICY:
The Sports Bookie warrants its products for a period of ninety (90) days against any defects.
The customer must provide verification of defective product with a picture emailed to Customer Service for the verification. Customers are only applicable to receive one replacement item during this warranty period.
Please send an email with photos to info@shopsportsbookie.com where we will evaluate the claim.
Please note, inspections of product must take place BEFORE any after market alterations are made. Any alternations will void the warranty. (Such as staining, adding decals or painting etc.)
RETURN POLICY:
Any item that is received incorrectly or defective will require picture verification before the return process is started within the 90 day warranty period.
JUST DON’T LIKE IT? WANT TO RETURN?
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and will be subject to a restocking fee for the item. Returns must be made within 14 days.
EXCHANGES?
Want to exchange for a different size? Or ordered the wrong team? Not a problem, we request the customer ship the product back to us and pay the return shipping of the new item. If there is a price difference we will collect that up front before shipping the new item. There will also be a restocking fee applied.
*The above policies do not apply for Fundraiser items all Fundraisers items are final.
